The “disposable model” laboratory arises, as a fundamental element for Bio Safety in Artificial Insemination. Another advantage is the reduction of the initial investment.

  

In this laboratory, all glass materials, used in classic laboratories, are substituted by other items, made of plastic, used on a single occasion (disposable).

  

The main advantages in comparison with a classic laboratory are:

Lower initial investment - less Labware;

Greater ease of use -- stages of cleaning, sterilisation of glassware and    respective storage are eliminated;

Bio Safety - the use of disposables ensures protection of the semen against    contamination by contact and/or from the environment, from collecting until final    insemination.
